1. Operational Scope
ClearFusion Venting & Ducting Experts Specialists provides technical cleaning and restoration of HVAC ventilation systems. Quotes provided through our online assessment portal are precision-weighted estimates based on structural metadata. Final operational scope is verified upon arrival during the primary "Flow Mapping" phase.
2. Site Accessibility & Prep
Property owners are responsible for providing clear access to all supply and return vents. If specific vents are inaccessible due to permanent structural barriers, they may be excluded from the cleaning cycle at the discretion of the Lead Technician.
3. Liability Limits
ClearFusion Venting & Ducting Experts is responsible for the removal of particulate load and microbial neutralizing. We are not liable for pre-existing infrastructural decay, structural rot within ducting pathways, or pre-existing mechanical failures of HVAC units identified during the extraction process.
4. Cancellation & Dispatch
Confirmed service windows require a 24-hour notice for rescheduling. Cancellations within the 24-hour dispatch window may be subject to a logistics fee, reflecting the mobilization cost of our technical units.
