We collect site-specific metadata, including structural infrastructure age and HVAC configuration, primarily for dispatch calibration and precision quoting.
Informational payloads collected via our Assessment Portal are encrypted and stored within our secure operational cloud. We do not participate in secondary data markets or sell customer profiles to third-party entities.
Channel Integrity
Communication through our regional dispatch lines—(786) 464-5392 in Miami and (321) 320-8461 in Orlando—may be recorded for quality assurance and training. Automated SMS alerts for scheduling are managed through our proprietary "FlowSync" system, ensuring your contact details remain within our internal logistics loop.
Environmental Profiles
Diagnostic results and pre/post-cleaning imagery of your ventilation system are maintained in your customer profile for a period of 24 months. This data allows our technical teams to track long-term air quality trends and provide predictive maintenance alerts.
